HR Manager

Job Description:

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance. This role ensures the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent while maintaining a positive and productive work environment. The HR Manager also develops HR policies, manages payroll and benefits coordination, and supports leadership in strategic workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
• Oversee performance management and appraisal processes
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Coordinate training and professional development programs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards
• Manage payroll, attendance, and employee benefits

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and HR software
