HR Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager with a strong background in the hospitality/hotel industry. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of hands-on HR experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and support our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations
• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with hospitality industry standards
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Support department heads in manpower planning and team structuring
• Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
• Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 10 years in Hospitality/Hotel Industry.
• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in HR Management or related field
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in the hospitality industry
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools
