Who we need:

A people-person to find amazing talent for our Healthcare Company (Phlebotomist, Doctors, Sales executives, etc)

🎯 What You'll Do

· Find and talk to potential candidates (Naukri, Job Boards, Referrals).

· Conduct first interviews and coordinate with managers.

· Make sure every candidate has a great experience.

✅ What You Need

· 1+ year of recruitment experience (Non-IT roles preferred).

· Great communication and people skills.

· Proficiency in Kannada or Tamil
