Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven HR Recruiter with specialized experience in the Manufacturing, Capital Goods, and Automobile sectors. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Blue-Collar Staffing, Bulk Hiring, and Apprenticeship schemes (NAPS & NATS). You must be capable of working on your own initiative in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT and BlueCollar roles within the manufacturing and engineering sectors.

• Sourcing Strategy: Execute strong sourcing strategies including Field Hiring, Campus Hiring, and Bulk Hiring drives to meet volume requirements.

• Government Schemes: Handle hiring and compliance under NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme) and NATS (National Apprenticeship Training Scheme).

• Stakeholder Management: Establish and preserve strong working relationships with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and with candidates to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

• Database Management: Maintain and update an organized database of active and passive candidates for future requirements.

• Target Achievement: Work effectively on a target basis to close positions within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Candidate Profile & Qualifications

• Education: Graduate in any discipline.

• Experience: 1 to 5 years of proven experience in recruitment, specifically in Manufacturing/Capital Goods/Automobile Staffing.

• Technical Knowledge: Hands-on knowledge of NAPS & NATS hiring is highly preferred. Understanding of job roles and skill requirements in the engineering industry is a must.

• Local Insight: Must belong to the local area or possess strong local geographical knowledge to facilitate field sourcing. Key Skills & Competencies

• Language: Must be able to converse fluently in Tamil to interact effectively with the blue-collar workforce.

• Sourcing: Strong networking abilities and experience in field sourcing and bulk hiring.

• Soft Skills: Excellent convincing skills, people management, and interpersonal communication.

• Attitude: Ability to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision.
