Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate will have experience in talent acquisition, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to identify the right talent for various roles.

Key Responsibilities:

* Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and referrals).

* Screen resumes and job applications to identify suitable candidates.

* Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

* Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

* Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.

* Conduct background checks and verify candidate credentials before hiring.

* Negotiate salary and benefits with selected candidates.

* Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

* Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events.

Qualifications & Skills:

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

* Ability to handle multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong decision-making and negotiation skills.
