Job Title: HR Recruiter / HR Manager 


Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and result-oriented HR Recruiter / HR Manager to support a large-scale Tamil Nadu Election Project.

The primary responsibility of this role is to build, manage, and lead recruitment teams, who will further hire ground-level staff required for election operations.


This is a fast-paced, target-driven role that requires strong coordination skills, expertise in bulk hiring, and the ability to manage large distributed teams efficiently in a remote environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Mass Recruitment Planning & Execution

Design and implement large-scale recruitment strategies for election-related manpower.

Recruit and manage a network of HR Executives / Field Recruiters across districts.

Coordinate virtually with operations teams to understand constituency-wise manpower requirements.

Drive bulk hiring for roles such as field coordinators, survey teams, booth-level staff, data entry operators, drivers, and support personnel.

Ensure quick turnaround hiring within strict project timelines.


HR Team Management:

Train and supervise district-level HR teams remotely to execute recruitment efficiently.

Set daily/weekly hiring targets and monitor performance through virtual tracking systems.

Provide recruitment scripts, screening formats, and onboarding processes.

Ensure proper reporting structure and accountability across all HR teams.


Onboarding & Documentation:

Oversee remote onboarding, ID verification, and documentation of all temporary staff.

Maintain a centralized digital employee database with deployment details.

Ensure smooth virtual joining, allocation, and replacement planning.


Compliance & Process Control:

Ensure all hiring follows applicable labor regulations and project guidelines.

Maintain confidentiality, structured documentation, and audit-ready digital records.

Standardize hiring workflows across all districts.


Training & Deployment Coordination:

Organize virtual induction sessions and operational briefings for newly hired teams.

Coordinate online with logistics and field operations for timely deployment.

Build a scalable workforce model to handle dynamic election schedules.


Payroll & Workforce Administration:

Coordinate attendance tracking, payouts, and compensation records for temporary staff using digital tools.

Work with finance teams to ensure timely payments and reconciliation.

Manage incentives, daily wages, and engagement tracking.


Strategic Workforce Planning:

Forecast manpower needs based on phase-wise election activities.

Create rapid replacement pipelines to handle absenteeism or attrition.

Continuously improve recruitment efficiency and cost optimization.


Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

0–5 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, or Operations (mass hiring experience preferred).

Experience in bulk recruitment, field hiring, or project-based hiring is a strong advantage.

Strong leadership ability to manage multiple HR recruiters simultaneously.

Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and database management.

Ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.

Comfortable managing teams and processes remotely.
