Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for real estate roles, including sales executives, telecallers, and field staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)

Post job openings on portals and social media

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

Hire candidates for sales & commission-based roles

Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports

Follow up with candidates and ensure smooth joining

Requirements:

Any degree (HR preferred)

0–2 years experience in recruitment (real estate preferred)

Strong communication and convincing skills

Ability to handle bulk hiring
