Key Responsibilities:

• Understand hiring requirements in coordination with hiring managers

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases

• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates

• Conduct initial HR interviews and evaluate candidate fit

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with the concerned teams

• Manage the offer process and support onboarding formalities

• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records

• Ensure timely closure of open positions
