Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Identify staffing needs and create job descriptions in collaboration with department heads.
- Source potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR interviews (telephonic/video/in-person).
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the candidate database (ATS).
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including offer rollout and onboarding coordination.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience at all stages of the recruitment process.
- Build long-term relationships with potential candidates and recruitment agencies.
- Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, etc.).
- Stay updated on industry trends, hiring practices, and talent market conditions.
