We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing the best talent, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. candidates with up to 3 years of experience in recruitment are welcome to apply.

Role & responsibilities

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions across various platforms.

Support onboarding activities and documentation for new hires.

Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.

Work closely with the HR team to meet hiring needs within timelines.

Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.

Preferred candidate profile

MBA/ MA/MSW in Human Resource Management.

year of experience in recruitment or human resources.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiar with recruitment tools and job boards.

Ability to multitask and stay organized.
