Job Title: Inbound Recruiter

Location: Chennai (Porur)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives

Experience: 6 month – 2 years

Roles & Responsibilities

• Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound calls and WhatsApp inquiries from job seekers.
• Explain job openings, company details, and eligibility criteria.
• Screen candidates based on role requirements.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate data in sheets/CRM.
• Follow up with candidates to ensure interview attendance.
• Provide daily updates on calls, walk-ins, and conversions.

Required Skills

• Required SkillsGood communication in Tamil (basic English preferred).
• Confident in handling calls and candidate queries.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, WhatsApp).
• Interest in HR / Recruitment field.
• Ability to meet daily calling and hiring targets.
