HR Recruiter-– Blue Collar & Bulk Hiring (Manufacturing)

The Role: Blue-Collar & Social Sourcing Expert

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Recruiter with a proven track record in the manufacturing sector. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and deploying manpower ranging from HSC and ITI to Diploma and Engineering graduates. Your primary focus will be on Apprentice, Trainee schemes and Contractual Staffing to support our clients' production goals

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Sourcing: Source candidates for various roles including Production Trainees, Quality Inspectors, and Machine Operators.
• High-Volume Hiring: Manage large-scale recruitment drives for HSC, ITI, Diploma, and Graduate candidates.
• Technical Screening: Evaluate candidates based on technical qualifications (trade-specific knowledge for ITI/Diploma) and physical fitness for manufacturing environments.
• Vendor & Campus Management: Build relationships with ITI colleges, skill development centres, and local community leaders to create a steady pipeline of talent.
• Onboarding & Documentation: Manage the complete joining process, including bank account opening, ESIC/PF documentation, and induction.
• Site Coordination: Coordinate with plant HR and Production Managers to understand real-time manpower requirements and fulfilment gaps.

• Multi-Channel Sourcing: Execute aggressive sourcing strategies across Job Portals (Naukri, Indeed) and social media (LinkedIn, Facebook Groups, WhatsApp Communities) to build a continuous talent pipeline.
• Volume Hiring & Campus Drives: Lead high-impact Campus Drives and Bulk Hiring initiatives to meet strict manufacturing headcount targets

·       Target Achievement: Work effectively on a target basis to close positions within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 2–5 years of recruitment experience, specifically in Manufacturing Staffing or a Third-Party Payroll agency. Manufacturing / Capital Goods / Automobile Staffing.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field. (Knowledge of Labor Laws is a plus).
• Sourcing Skills: Expertise in using job portals, social media (Facebook/WhatsApp groups), and "ground-level" sourcing (postering, gate hiring, and job fairs).
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with ITI trades (Fitter, Electrician, Machinist) and Diploma branches (Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile).
• Soft Skills: Strong negotiation skills, high energy, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Attitude: Ability to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision
