Job description

We are seeking a motivated HR Assistant to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This position is perfect for someone with at least 3months of HR experience or an internship. As an HR Assistant, you will provide essential support to our HR department and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

HR Recruiter – Roles & Responsibilitiesl Coordinate with top management to understand manpower requirements, job roles, and hiring priorities.

• l Prepare and post job openings on relevant job portals and other recruitment channels.
• l Conduct initial screening and telephonic interviews to assess candidates against job requirements.
• l Shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
• l Schedule and coordinate interviews with Directors and senior stakeholders based on availability.
• l Collect and consolidate interview feedback from all interview panels and update hiring status.
• l Communicate selection status to candidates and collect required documents for offer processing.
• l Prepare and release offer letters after obtaining necessary management approvals.
• l Perform regular follow-ups with selected candidates until the joining date to reduce dropouts.
• l Manage the on boarding process, including ERP updates and employee data entry.
• l Coordinate and facilitate induction and orientation programs for new joiners.
• l Initiate and track background verification (BGV) and ensure compliance with company policies.
