Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Search for candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Review resumes and conduct basic phone/online interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Keep candidate information updated in the database.
- Communicate regularly with candidates and internal teams.
- Build good relationships with candidates and support employer branding.
- Track recruitment progress and share reports with management
