Job Description:

We at SMART are looking to employ a Training Coordinator who will serve as the bridge between our company, the trainers, and the college management during training programs. The Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of training sessions, monitoring trainer performance, resolving on-ground issues, and providing timely feedback to the Operations team.

Training Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the college management, trainers, and SMART Operations team.
  • Monitor day-to-day execution of training sessions in colleges and ensure adherence to schedules.
  • Ensure trainers report on time and follow agreed program timelines.
  • Oversee trainer accommodation, travel, and food arrangements as per company guidelines.
  • Handle and resolve any issues raised during the training program (trainer-related, student-related, or administrative).
  • Collect structured feedback from college management, students, and trainers, and share with the Operations team.
  • Provide daily updates/reports to the Operations team on training progress.
  • Maintain discipline and professionalism throughout the training engagement.
  • Coordinate with trainers and management to ensure training quality and smooth communication flow.
  • Assist Operations in post-training documentation and closing formalities.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Word/Excel for daily reporting and documentation.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle on-ground challenges effectively.
  • Professional attitude with the ability to coordinate between multiple stakeholders.

Important:

  • Must own a laptop.
  • Should be open to travel and willing to be stationed at college campuses during training programs.
