Talent Acquisition

*Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job posting on portals, sourcing suitable candidates, screening resumes, shortlisting profiles, and scheduling interviews.

• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
• Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely follow-ups during the hiring process.

HR Operations

• Maintain and update employee records, attendance, leave management, and daily reporting.
• Handle onboarding, documentation, preparation of offer letters, ID creation, and induction.
• Organize training programs for new joiners and support continuous employee development.
• Monitor and verify employee-submitted client details, lead updates, and field activity logs from the company’s internal app.
• Track real-time location updates of field employees and ensure compliance with reporting rules.
• Manage payroll support by preparing attendance sheets, overtime reports, and monthly HR summaries.
• Handle employee queries, grievances, and escalate issues appropriately.
• Assist in implementing HR policies, code of conduct, and company guidelines.
• Prepare regular HR reports, dashboards, MIS, and documentation for management.

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in HR (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and HR processes.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with HRMS systems or employee tracking apps (preferred but not mandatory).
