Human Resource Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates through job portals (Apna, jobhai etc.) and social media.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
• Support the HR team in onboarding and joining formalities.
• Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience.
• Meet daily/weekly recruitment targets and deadlines.
