Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Human Resource Manager with at least 2 years of experience to manage and oversee all aspects of the HR function. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation to support organizational goals and ensure a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Coordinate payroll processing and ensure timely disbursement of salaries.
• Administer attendance, leave, and performance management systems.
• Plan and organize employee engagement and welfare activities.
• Provide HR support and advice to management and staff.
• Identify training needs and assist in employee development initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience.
• Good understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
