Job Summary

Responsible for end‑to‑end recruitment and deployment of labour and contract workforce across multiple project locations in India. Manages sourcing, vendor coordination, compliance checks, and manpower fulfilment to support smooth site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and onboard labour contractors and manpower vendors across states.
• Manage recruitment for skilled, semi‑skilled, and unskilled labour.
• Coordinate manpower planning with site heads and project teams.
• Verify contractor compliance: PF, ESI, CLRA, GST, wage norms, and statutory documents.
• Oversee onboarding, documentation, and deployment of labour at sites.
• Track attendance, verify wage sheets, and coordinate with payroll/finance.
• Maintain vendor relationships and resolve labour‑related issues.
• Prepare manpower reports and support audit requirements.
• Travel to project sites for recruitment drives and vendor assessments when required.

Required Skills

• Strong sourcing and vendor management capability
• Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Ability to manage multi‑location recruitment
• Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation

Experience

2–6 years in labour/contractor recruitment, preferably in construction, manufacturing, EPC, or infrastructure sectors.
