Inbound Recuriter

Job Summary:The HR Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the organization’s manpower requirements. The role involves coordinating with hiring managers, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience while following company recruitment policies.

• Key Responsibilities:Understand manpower requirements from department heads
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
• Conduct initial HR interviews (telephonic/virtual/in-person)
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Coordinate offer letters, confirmation letters, and joining formalities
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
• Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates
• Support onboarding and induction process
• Maintain recruitment records and MIS reports
• Follow company HR policies and recruitment guidelines
• Required Skills & Competencies:Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and interview techniques
• Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Apna, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of HR policies and labor laws
• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
• Good coordination and follow-up skills
• Qualification & Experience:Any Bachelor’s Degree (MBA/PG in HR preferred)
• 0–3 years of experience in HR Recruitment (Freshers can apply)
