Influencer Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Female Influencer Marketing Executive to plan, manage, and execute influencer collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and shortlist relevant influencers (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Coordinate and communicate with influencers for collaborations
• Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and commercials
• Manage product dispatch for influencer collaborations
• Track content posting schedules and ensure deliverables are met
• Monitor influencer content quality and brand alignment
• Handle influencer payments and documentation
• Track campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions)
• Maintain influencer database and campaign reports
• Coordinate with digital marketing and sales teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in Influencer Marketing / Social Media Marketing
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, and content trends
• Good understanding of brand collaborations and creator ecosystem
• Organized, detail-oriented, and follow-up driven
• Comfortable handling multiple influencers and campaigns
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
