We are hiring INSIDE SALES EXECUTIVES AND SPECIALIST for our company located in Kolathur.
Salary : upto 25000 plus incentives
Graduation must
Should have minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Utilize platforms like IndiaMART, Justdial, and other relevant portals to identify potential clients and generate sales leads.
Client Engagement: Contact potential clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels to understand their needs and present our products/services.
Sales Conversion: Effectively pitch products/services, handle client objections, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.
Database Management: Maintain an up-to-date and accurate database of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Follow-up: Regularly follow up with existing and prospective clients to nurture relationships and explore additional sales opportunities.
Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including lead generation, follow-up status, and conversion rates.
Market Research: Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to suggest improvements and new strategies.
