JOB DESCRIPTION

Admission Counselor is responsible for supporting the admissions process at the college by ,

• Calling the prospective students and explain about MBA programme and push them for direct visits, effectively convince them to purchase the college applications.
• Handle inbound & outbound calls for student inquiries.
• Counsel prospective students about courses, admissions, and eligibility.
• Maintain follow-ups and convert leads into admissions.
• Willing to participate in college expos and other marketing related activities.
• Assist with the application process, including reviewing and processing applications and supporting documentation
• Provide guidance and support to prospective students throughout the enrollment process
