Installation And Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Installation and commissioning of electrical/mechanical equipment at customer sites
2. Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of machines
3. Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions in machines
4. Ensure proper functioning of installed systems as per specifications
5. Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers
6. Handle breakdown calls and ensure timely resolution

7. Maintain service reports, installation records, and documentation

8. Coordinate with internal teams (production, sales, and support)

9. Train customers/operators on equipment usage and safety.

10. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures

11. Ensure adherence to quality standards and certifications

12. Collaborate with production, Service, and quality teams

13. Support new product development with supplier inputs while at customer place

14. Ensure timely delivery aligned with production schedules

Key Skills & Competencies:

1. Strong knowledge of electrical circuits / mechanical systems

2. Ability to read technical drawings and schematics

3. Basic knowledge of PLC, motors, drives, or machinery (preferred)

4. Good troubleshooting and analytical skills

5. Willingness to travel to client locations

6. Good communication and customer-handling skills

7. Time management and ability to work under pressure

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / ECE / EEE / Mech / D.ECE / D.EEE

2. 3–5 years of experience in Electrical, Mechanical or related manufacturing industries are preferred.
