A Financial Advisor & Agency Partner builds client financial plans (investments, retirement, insurance, taxes), manages portfolios, generates leads through networking, and ensures compliance, balancing client-facing advisory with business development and agency growth, requiring strong financial acumen, sales skills, and relationship building to meet goals and drive agency revenue.

Financial Advisor Responsibilities:

Client Consultation: Meet with individuals/businesses to understand financial situations, goals, assets, liabilities, and risk tolerance.

Financial Planning: Develop comprehensive strategies for investments, retirement, education, insurance, and estate planning.

Investment Management: Research, recommend, and manage investment portfolios (stocks, mutual funds, bonds).

Education: Teach clients about financial concepts, products, and healthy money habits.

Monitoring & Adjusting: Regularly review plans and market trends, making adjustments as needed.

Agency Partner Responsibilities (In addition to Advisory):

Business Development: Generate leads, market services, build a strong client base, and expand the agency's reach.

Sales & Quotas: Achieve sales targets for financial products (insurance, investments).

Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term, win-win relationships with clients and professionals (lawyers, accountants).

Agency Growth: Contribute to the overall success and expansion of the agency.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.

Relevant certifications (CFA, CFP, etc.).

Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Knowledge of financial markets, products, and regulations.

Proven sales ability and leadership potential.
