Insurance Agent/Advisor

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Insurance Team Leader to recruit, manage, and lead a team of Financial Advisors. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, sales experience, and a passion for mentoring and driving business growth.

One time fee of Rs,750 for IRDA

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and onboard a team of qualified Financial Advisors.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve team targets.
• Team Management: Train, support, and motivate team members to perform at their best.
• Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with Financial Advisors and clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and review individual and team performance, providing regular feedback and guidance.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Age Limit: 30 to 68 years
• Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or team leadership preferred
• Skills: Strong leadership
