Job Title: Insurance Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Executive to promote and sell insurance products to individuals and businesses. The role involves identifying client needs, recommending suitable insurance solutions, and building long-term customer relationships to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, referrals, and networking
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products (life, health, Mutual Funds etc...)
• Explain policy features, benefits, terms, and conditions clearly to clients.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into policyholders.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client information.
• Assist customers with policy renewals, endorsements, and basic claims support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Stay updated on insurance products, regulations, and market trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and any other degree.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build trust.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Basic computer skills (CRM systems, MS Office and MS Excel).
• Knowledge of insurance products and regulations is an advantage.
• Experience 1–2 years in Insurence domain.
• 3+ years for senior or managerial roles.
