• Job Summary We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused executives to handle international voice processes. The role involves interacting with overseas customers, promoting products/services, addressing queries, and maintaining accurate records while meeting performance targets. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to international customers to promote products/services or collect required information.
• Handle inbound calls and customer queries from overseas clients in a professional and courteous manner.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or information.
• Maintain strong knowledge of products and services to ensure accurate communication.
• Follow predefined communication scripts and process guidelines strictly.
• Record and update all customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to calls, conversions, or sales.
• Escalate complex or unresolved customer issues to supervisors when required.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude during all customer interactions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and data security requirements
• Must-Have Skills Good verbal communication skills
• Ability to understand and respond to customer needs
• Willingness to work in an international calling environment
• Basic computer knowledge and readiness to learn CRM systems
