Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Goods Inward Verification - • Receive goods from supplier and verify Quantity, Model, PO & Delivery Challan • Check physical condition and ensure no damage • Record inward entry in inventory application on the same day
- Legal Stamping & Certification - Check whether the products are stamped. If not forward it to the New Goods Stamping Department • Only stamped and approved machines to be released for sale or installation
- Stamp & Tag Application - • Stick stamping label / tag properly on the machine without damage • Ensure tag details are readable — validity, department & serial number • Update stamping details in system application for tracking
- Inventory Storage & Maintenance • Arrange items in designated storage racks based on model and category • Ensure dust-free and safe condition to prevent damage or legality issues • Maintain FIFO method — oldest stamping validity stock issued first.
- Outward Movement & Handover • Outward entry must be updated in the inventory app before dispatch • Goods issued only after stamping compliance confirmation • Branch transfer to include stamped product list + supporting documents • Obtain receiving acknowledgement (GRN) from branch/store
- Record Keeping & Audit Compliance • Maintain stamping log — product model, serial number, stamping date, expiry • Keep copies of stamping certificates for inspection • Support monthly physical stock count and reconciliation
Work Experience - Candidates must have worked in the relevant field, with a Minimum of 2 years of work experience
