Inventory Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for an Inventory Executive to manage stock, handle procurement, and coordinate warehouse and dispatch activities efficiently.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Procure materials (Import & Local Purchase)
• Manage and organise inventory in the warehouse
• Coordinate packaging and dispatch activities
• Follow up with vendors and negotiate prices
• Maintain stock using FIFO method
• Update and track inventory in ERP/SAP/CRM systems
• Prepare inventory reports using Excel

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in inventory/warehouse management
• Knowledge of procurement and vendor handling
• Experience in ERP, SAP, or CRM software
• Good Excel skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
