Job Overview:We are looking for a skilled IT Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for various technical roles. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and closing positions across different IT domains while working closely with clients.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for client requirements
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
• Screen resumes based on technical skills and job requirements
• Conduct initial HR screenings and shortlist suitable candidates
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Follow up with candidates and manage the hiring pipeline
• Understand technical job descriptions and client expectations
• Maintain proper records of candidates and closures
• Key Skills Required:Strong understanding of IT roles (Developers, Testers, Support, etc.)
• Good sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously
• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
• Preferred Qualifications:Any Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
• Experience in consultancy or agency recruitment is preferred
• Exposure to IT hiring is mandatory
• Key Traits:Quick learner and proactive
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
• Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
