Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging potential clients, and closing sales for our biometric products. This position is ideal for candidates with a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to negotiate effectively. Freshers are welcome to apply, as we provide training and support to help you succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our biometric solutions.
• Understand client requirements, answer queries, and provide product information to help them make informed decisions.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain an accurate and updated customer database.
• Follow up with potential leads and nurture long-term client relationships.
• Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide clients with relevant and valuable insights.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome. Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role will be an advantage.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales effectively.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
