• 🎯 Key Responsibilities:Interact with customers and ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Achieve individual sales targets
• Assist Store Manager in achieving overall store sales plan
• Drive strong sales in Gold Jewellery, Diamond Jewellery & GHS schemes
• Ensure diamond sales performance is robust
• Implement visual merchandising standards effectively
• Support and execute BTL marketing activities
• Handle backend work including CRM data updates
• Tele-call customers to inform about latest offers & schemes
• ✅ Eligibility Criteria:Experience: :highlight in Retail / Jewellery / Sales
• Strong communication & convincing skills
• Target-oriented mindset
• Pleasant personality with customer-first approach
• Basic computer knowledge preferred
