• Manage daily showroom operations and ensure smooth floor management
• Monitor sales performance and ensure targets are achieved
• Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally
• Oversee pricing strategies and stock control to maximize profitability
• Maintain statistical and financial records related to showroom performance
• Prepare promotional displays and support marketing initiatives
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Coordinate with the head office for operational and reporting requirements
• Lead the team to achieve monthly sales targets and improve overall showroom performance
