Job Description
Provide immediate medical attention to emergency and walk-in patients
Examine, diagnose, and initiate treatment for patients
Stabilize critically ill patients before referral to specialists
Admit, discharge, or refer patients as required
Monitor admitted patients and update treatment plans
Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and other departments
Respond promptly to medical emergencies (Code Blue, trauma cases, etc.)
Maintain accurate patient records and medical documentation
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and clinical standards
Communicate clearly with patients and their families
