KYC Executive Cum Checker

Job Description:We are hiring Video KYC Executives to handle customer verification through video calls as per regulatory and company guidelines. The role involves verifying customer identity documents, ensuring compliance, and providing a smooth onboarding experience.

• Key Responsibilities:Conduct Video KYC verification for customers as per RBI/organizational guidelines
• Verify customer identity documents (Aadhaar, PAN, etc.) during video calls
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in the KYC process
• Identify and report discrepancies or suspicious activities
• Maintain proper records and documentation
• Provide clear instructions and support to customers during the KYC process
• Meet daily and monthly quality and productivity targets
• Eligibility Criteria:Education: Any Graduate / 15 Years of Study
• Experience:

• Experience in KYC / Banking / BPO / Customer Support is an added advantage
• Languages:

• Tamil (Mandatory)
• Basic English communication required
• Skills Required:Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle video calls professionally
• Willingness to learn compliance and KYC guidelines
• Work Details:Shift: Day Shift / Fixed Sunday
• Work Mode: Work from Office
• Week Off: As per roster
• Salary & Benefits:Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹26,000 per month (based on experience & performance)
