Job Description
- Prospect Research & Identification: Identifying target audiences and gathering contact information for potential clients.
- Outbound Communication: Conducting cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to engage potential prospects.
- Lead Qualification & Scoring: Evaluating prospects based on predefined criteria to determine their purchasing intent and fit.
- Lead Nurturing: Following up with prospects through consistent, personalized communication to move them through the sales funnel.
- CRM Management: Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records of all interactions, leads, and follow-ups within a CRM system.
- Collaboration with Marketing/Sales Teams: Working with marketing to align on campaigns and passing qualified leads (SQLs) to the sales team.
- Performance Tracking: Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and cost-per-lead to optimize strategies.
