About the Role:
As a Learning Consultant (Inside Sales), you’ll be at the forefront of driving growth across. You’ll guide prospective learners, understand their goals, and match them with the perfect Novatr programs. Your expertise, charm, and hustle will help learners level up their careers while you crush targets and scale revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive learner acquisition by helping prospects discover and enroll in the right courses.
- Engage with potential learners through calls, emails, and social media, showcasing the value of Novatr’s programs.
- Develop a strong understanding of all programs and deliver customized pitches tailored to different markets and customer personas.
- Act as a trusted learning consultant by guiding prospects through program options and career paths.
- Provide accurate and inspiring information about program formats, outcomes, and relevant career opportunities.
- Build and nurture relationships throughout the sales funnel to ensure a smooth learner experience.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs while driving consistent revenue growth.
- Track industry trends, gather customer insights, and refine sales strategies accordingly.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–5 years of inside sales experience, preferably within the edtech sector, with a strong track record of target achievement.
- High level of motivation, ownership, and drive to achieve ambitious goals.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and use insights to improve performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences.
- Ability to learn quickly, grasp program details, and adapt to new sales strategies.
- Positive, energetic attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine passion for education and helping learners accelerate their career growth.
- Are fluent in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, or Marathi - we’re especially keen on candidates who can connect with learners across India’s southern and western regions.
