Job Summary

The Team Leader – Loan Sales will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales executives to achieve loan disbursement targets. The role involves team handling, performance monitoring, channel coordination, and ensuring high-quality customer acquisition in line with company policies.

• Key Responsibilities
• Lead, guide, and motivate a team of Sales Executives/Relationship Officers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly loan disbursement targets
• Plan daily activities and allocate leads to team members
• Monitor individual and team performance through MIS and reports
• Train and coach team members on sales techniques and product knowledge
• Build strong relationships with channel partners, builders, and bank officials
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies
• Handle escalations and support team in closing complex cases
• Track market trends and competitor activities
• Maintain high customer satisfaction levels
