We Are Hiring Logistics Manager for our company

*Key Roles and Responsibilities:*

1. Manage the complete delivery lifecycle of projects from planning to execution and closure.

2. Coordinate with internal teams and clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

3. Ensure timely and quality delivery while maintaining cost efficiency.

4. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.

5. Lead, mentor, and motivate the delivery team to achieve performance and productivity goals.

6. Identify and mitigate project risks and ensure smooth execution.

7. Implement and maintain standard delivery processes and best practices.

8. Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and present performance updates to management.

9. Ensure adherence to organizational policies, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

Manage budgets, resources, and project profitability.

*Required Skills and Qualifications:*

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Any degree

2. 2-4 years of experience in project or delivery management 

3. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

4. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

5. Proficiency in project management tools

6. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines.
