Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily dispatch schedules as per sales orders
- Arrange vehicles and plan delivery routes
- Track dispatch status and update the sales/showroom team
- Follow up on pending and delayed deliveries
- Coordinate with drivers, transporters, and warehouse team
- Ensure material accuracy during loading and dispatch
- Maintain records of dispatch, delivery, and vehicle movement
- Handle delivery-related issues and escalations
- Support the dispatch team in day-to-day logistics operations
