Manufacturing Quality Assurance Executive

Preferred Candidates:

• Candidates with valve industrial related experience in Documentation Preparation.
• Mandatory Basic English communication knowledge with customers via Email

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ability to handle 3.1 MTC formats for customers relevant to petroleum & OIL-GAS Industries.
• Basic Knowledge of handling Line and Final Inspection
• Job measurement and report management
• Knowledge of Handling Calibration Department
• Excellent Knowledge in Handling Microsoft excel , Word , Power point
• Basic knowledge about different types of materials used in manufacturing of Valve related spares.

Documentation:

• Final Inspection related documents - ability to create Final inspection report / Material test Compliance reports / Relevant documents related to 3.1 MTC self-certification format
• Creating and maintaining accurate records of quality inspections & Relevant documents in systems
• Knowledge of handling documentation for valve industrial products.
• Knowledge of working with lab testing peoples and Heat Treatment shops in getting work done.
• Basic knowledge in ISO 9001 2015 Quality and Calibration related documents
• knowledge in preparing and auditing document works towards ISO auditing

Problem Solving:

• Investigating quality problems, recommending corrective actions, and implementing solutions.
• Handling of Customer Quality objections via email and having the ability to solve the problems with concern quality department peoples.

Communication Skills: 

• Ability to effectively communicate with various teams and stakeholders via - Telephone and Email with proper basic English effectively.
• Communicating and collaborating with the manufacturing production and other internal teams.
