Marketing And AI Manager

We are seeking a dynamic, spiritually aware, tech-savvy Marketing & AI Manager to orchestrate the unified brand vision of Folksco Technologies Pvt Ltd, overseeing multiple verticals.This is a central strategic role that blends creative marketing leadership with AI-native execution capabilities. You’ll drive digital growth, brand harmonization, AI automation, and soulful storytelling across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand & Strategy Leadership

• Align brand messaging across all platforms and properties
• Create quarterly brand calendars for each vertical
• Architect and maintain Brand Voice Guides for each sub-brand (ritual, yoga, jyotisha, longevity, beauty, etc.)
• Build omnichannel consistency from email to Instagram to YouTube

2. AI-Powered Marketing Systems

• Leverage tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, Jasper, or Notion AI to generate content at scale
• Build automated email sequences (Emailoctopus/ ActiveCampaign / MailerLite / ConvertKit) for each business funnel
• Integrate AI dashboards to track user insights, behavior, and campaign KPIs
• Design & test AI chatbots for customer engagement for all group brands

3. Growth Marketing & Funnels

• Create and manage landing pages, opt-ins, and lead magnets for all core brands
• Coordinate launches: courses, webinars, retreats, Jyotisha consults, sadhanas, and more
• Track ROI of campaigns and optimize for cost-effective conversions
• Run basic ad campaigns (Meta / Google / YouTube) OR manage an external partner

4.Content & Community Management

• Oversee Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Substack, Facebook across brands
• Coordinate with Navnit Krishna’s vision to release weekly podcast clips, reels, newsletters
• Work with freelance designers, editors, and writers to execute assets
• Manage WhatsApp, Telegram, and Email communities and responses

5. Team + Vendor Coordination

• Manage a cross-functional Team
• Work with agencies, freelancers, and internal team members to align on timelines and quality
• Weekly check-ins with founder + monthly KPI reporting

You Are a Fit If You:

• Have 3–6 years experience in digital marketing with AI integrations
• Are comfortable working in highly visionary + spiritually rich environments
• Can blend ancient wisdom with modern tools
• Understand or are curious about sattvic branding, yoga, longevity, ritual science, tantra, etc.
• Are results-oriented but sensitive to sacred content and its delivery
• Write and speak English well, and can think like a strategist, not just an executor
• Are fluent in AI tools: ChatGPT, Notion AI, Zapier, Midjourney, Canva, email systems, analytics
