Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social selling
• Follow up on marketing-qualified leads and nurture them through the sales funnel
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations via video conferencing platforms
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with consistent activity and progression
• Qualify prospects using established sales methodologies (BANT, MEDDIC, etc.)
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly quotas
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM system
• Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness
• Work closely with customer success teams to ensure smooth account transitions
• Participate in virtual trade shows, webinars, and digital marketing events
• Stay current on product updates, competitive landscape, and industry trends
• Utilize sales automation tools and technology to maximize efficiency and productivity

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 1-3 years of inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service experience
• Strong phone presence and excellent verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.)
• Experience with video conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams, WebEx)
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently in remote environment
• Goal-oriented mindset with track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Comfortable with technology and ability to learn new software quickly
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous B2B inside sales experience in relevant industry
• Experience with sales engagement platforms (Outreach, SalesLoft, Salesloft)
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Marketo, Pardot, MailChimp)
• Social selling experience on LinkedIn and other platforms
• Understanding of consultative selling techniques
• Bilingual capabilities in target markets
