Real Estate Marketing Manager
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to handle client inquiries, conduct site visits, explain project details, and convert leads into sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for real estate sales.
- Handle incoming leads and make outbound follow-up calls
- Understand customer requirements (budget, location, purpose)
- Explain project features, pricing, and benefits clearly
- Arrange and conduct site visits with clients
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Negotiate pricing and close sales successfully
- Assist customers with booking, documentation, and registration
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up status
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams
- RequiredGood communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused and result-oriented approach
- Basic knowledge of real estate sales process
- Ability to convince and close deals
- Willingness to travel for site visits
Requirements

- 0–5 years experience in real estate sales or related field
