Marketing Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for Bitumen, Emulsion, VG grades, PMB, CRMB, etc.
• Generate leads from road contractors, government contractors, PWD, NHAI projects, and private infra companies.
• Meet clients, understand requirements, and provide technical product information.
• Maintain strong relationships with distributors and bulk buyers.
• Track tenders, pricing trends, competitor activities, and market demand.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and yearly targets.
• Plan marketing campaigns, branding materials, and customer meetings.
• Conduct market research on new regions, new contractors, and upcoming projects.
• Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of bitumen grades, specifications, bulk supply, and road material standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with contractors, PWD officers, government departments.
• Good understanding of pricing, GST, transportation costs, and tender documentation.
• Strong planning, reporting, and market analysis skills.

Any degree; Civil / Chemical Engineering or MBA Marketing preferred.

3–7 years of experience in bitumen sales/marketing or road construction materials.
