MIS Executive – Operations

Role Objective

The MIS Executive will be responsible for maintaining operational data, preparing accurate MIS reports, and supporting management with timely insights to ensure smooth decision-making across daily business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management

• Maintain and update daily operational data in Excel / Google Sheets
• Ensure accuracy of data related to bookings, sales, partners, customers, and operations
• Consolidate data received from multiple teams into structured formats

MIS Reporting

• Prepare and circulate Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics
• Share reports with management within defined timelines

Analysis & Insights

• Identify trends, gaps, and discrepancies in operational data
• Highlight performance issues and improvement areas
• Support management with data-based insights and summaries

Coordination & Process

• Coordinate with Operations, Customer Care, and Field Teams for data collection
• Ensure adherence to MIS formats, SOPs, and reporting deadlines
• Maintain proper documentation and data records

Compliance & Confidentiality

• Maintain confidentiality of company data
• Follow company policies and data security standards
• Skills & Requirements Strong working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets (Formulas, Pivot Tables)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage large data sets and meet deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Prior experience in MIS / Operations reporting preferred
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Accuracy and consistency of MIS data
• Timely submission of reports
• Quality of insights and analysis
• Compliance with reporting SOPs
