Job SummaryThe MIS Executive will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and maintaining accurate data and preparing timely MIS reports to support business operations and management decision-making. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in data management tools.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
• Collect data from sales, operations, and field teams
• Validate, clean, and organize data for accuracy
• Track sales performance, login, disbursement, and productivity reports
• Maintain databases and ensure timely updates
• Coordinate with internal teams for data clarification
• Generate reports using MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
• Share reports with management within deadlines
• Support audits, compliance, and documentation tracking
• Identify gaps or discrepancies in reports and highlight them to seniors
• Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under deadlines
