Job Description

 

Position: MIS Executive / Sr. Executive

Industry: Industrial Kitchen Equipment Manufacturing

Preferred Candidate: Any Gender

Experience: 2-4 years (manufacturing industry experience preferred)

Location: Ambattur

 

Qualification: Any Bachelor’s Degree (B.Com / BBA / M.Com / MBA / B.E). Certification in MS Office will be an added advantage.

Job Summary. The MIS Executive will be responsible for maintaining, organizing, and updating essential documents across the organization’s key departments. The role involves preparing accurate reports, ensuring documentation compliance for internal and external audits (especially ISO), and supporting management with data-driven presentations. Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

·        Document Management Maintain and update all departmental documents, records, and trackers.

·        Ensure proper documentation for Production, Quality, Service, and Purchase departments.

·        Organize and archive physical and digital files in a systematic manner.

·        Maintain confidentiality and version control of key documents.

·        MIS & Reporting Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for management review.

·        Compile data from multiple departments and generate clear, structured reports.

·        Maintain dashboards, data logs, and performance trackers.

·        Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all MIS submissions.

·        ISO & Audit Support Maintain and update all ISO-related documents and records as per audit requirements.

·        Coordinate with internal auditors and provide necessary documents during ISO audits.

·        Ensure compliance with audit standards and assist in corrective actions.

·        MS Office & Presentation Work Prepare professional presentations for departmental reviews and management meetings.

·        Create PowerPoint slides, charts, graphs, and visuals based on data inputs.

·        Format and refine documents to meet company standards.

·        Coordination & Support Coordinate with key departments for data collection and updates.

·        Assist management with administrative tasks and report preparations.

·        Support the HR/Quality team with documentation requirements when needed.


Key Skills Required

·        Strong proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint

·        Knowledge of MIS reporting and data management

·        Excellent documentation and filing skills

·        Understanding of ISO documentation (preferred)

·        Good communication and coordination skills

·        High level of accuracy and attention to detail

·        Ability to handle confidential information professionally
