Non IT Recruiter

Job Title: Non-IT Recruiter for HR consultancy co at Chennai

Location: Chennai (Work From Home)

Industry: HR Consultancy / Recruitment

Employment Type: Full-time 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM Daily

Monday to saturday 6 days working

Salary: Minimum 12 K PM to 15 K PM + Good Incentive opportunities based on the closure

Language Must: Tamil,English & any one south indian language/Hindi

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles (Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, BFSI, Healthcare, etc.)
• Understand client requirements and job specifications clearly
• Source candidates through job portals Naukri, Linked in ,Indeed etc , social media, databases, referrals, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
• Manage offer negotiations and candidate follow-ups till joining
• Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Ensure adherence to TAT and quality hiring standards
• Minimum 5 closures per month compulsorily

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Non-IT hiring from leadership hiring to junior level position
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a WFH environment
• Good negotiation and coordination skills
• Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment (HR consultancy preferred)
• Any graduate or postgraduate degree
• Experience in Pan-India hiring is an added advantage
